About
I coach the way I'd want to be coached at 45 with a full calendar.
I started in a commercial gym in Austin in 2013, coaching in person. What I kept running into was the same story: smart, capable people who'd been given a program written for someone with two spare hours a day and no injury history.
So I moved my practice online in 2018 and rebuilt it around the constraint that actually matters — the life you already have. Today I work with roughly forty people at a time, across the US and a handful of countries, and I write every program myself.

Coaching philosophy
Capacity before intensity
Most people don't need to train harder — they need joints that tolerate the training they're already doing. We build range and control first, then we load it. It's slower for six weeks and dramatically faster after that.
The minimum effective plan
I'd rather you do three sessions you never miss than five you resent. We find the smallest program that still moves the needle, then protect it fiercely.
Coaching, not content
You're not buying a PDF. You're buying someone who watches your sets, notices the hip shift, and changes the plan on Tuesday because your Monday went sideways.
No moralizing about food
Nutrition support is practical and behavioral. No good-foods lists, no shame, no supplements I'd have to sell you.
